Sales Tax Holiday Weekends
Thursday July 15, 2004
In many states across the U.S., there are sales tax exemptions during one weekend each year to help parents save money on back-to-school shoes, clothes and other items. But you don't have to have a school-aged child to cash in on these savings. Find out if your state participates and consider using this time to buy items for your family. (And remember -- sometimes Mama does need a new pair of shoes!)
