The National Women's Health Information Center has partnered with La Leche League to provide trained specialists in the U.S. that can help with breastfeeding issues such as pumping, positioning and more. You can call 1-800-994-9662 Monday through Friday between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. EST, or if you call after hours and leave a message, a specialists will return your call during regular hours. Information is available in Spanish and English and is free of charge.
