Forum member keely290 started a debate about social welfare programs saying, "I am tired of having my husband pay half his salary for these programs. It is not fair that people in a lower tax bracket pay way less taxes. I believe it should be a flat tax rate. I am sick of his pay (and mine while I was working) going to fund these things."
