Working Mother Magazine Reveals 100 Best Companies for 2005

For the last 20 years, the good folks at Working Mother magazine have put together this list of family-friendly companies. Each company is judged based on the programs and benefits available to working parents. Many of the top companies have benefits like on-site child care, paid maternity or paternity leave, financial benefits for adopting parents, support for breastfeeding and flexible work options like telecommuting and flextime. It's also good to see that plenty of these companies go against the unwritten "mommy-track" policies and have parents serving at the uppermost levels. See the full list here...
