Converting a Picky Eater

Wednesday December 6, 2006
Don't get discouraged if you feel like your baby or toddler is a picky eater. Your child is learning every day about control and making choices, so it's no surprise that one of the most frequent activities he's involved in (eating) becomes a testing ground for these skills. That doesn't mean you have to go with his flow and eat pizza or macaroni and cheese day after day after day, however. You can use these tips to convert your picky eater and teach healthy eating habits that can last a lifetime.
