Consumer Reports Withdraws Car Seat Report
As many groups suspected, there were possible errors in the way the tests in the study were conducted and reported. Consumer Union (publisher of Consumer Reports) is looking into the matter and plans to rerelease the study later.

"Unfortunately, the incorrect information has already been widely publicized, and the damage will be difficult, if not impossible, to undo. I urge parents to remember that using your baby's car seat properly is the best way to keep your baby safe on the road."
