These SlingRider slings made by Infantino have been recalled after the company received 10 reports of breaking plastic clips. Four of these reports involved children being taken to Emergency Departments with one report of a skull fracture.

If you have this sling, stop using it immediately. You can call Infantino at 888-808-3111 or use the form on their Web site to find out if your sling is part of the recall and to get a prepaid electronic merchandise return label.
