Passover Pancakes
Thursday April 17, 2008
If you observe Passover, then I don't have to tell you that it begins April 19 at sundown -- you've long been busy getting ready, no doubt. Here's a Pesach-friendly breakfast that's easy and delicious -- matzoh applesauce pancakes. They're good for the whole family, including babies who have started eating table food. Just make sure that if you serve them with honey, you don't let your baby under 1 year of age have any because of the botulism risk.

You actually can’t eat leavened bread starting the morning of Saturday April 19th.
You’re right Lauri. Thanks!
