Share Your Birth and Breastfeeding Stories

Monday July 17, 2006
Thanks so much to those of you who have shared your breastfeeding stories. I had no idea, however, that I would get so many birth stories as well. It's so important for parents to hear from other parents. You can read books and articles and, of course, listen to your doctor... but there's nothing like hearing from someone in the "trenches" that you're not alone. It's good, too, to have a variety of solutions to choose from when making decisions for your own child.

So keep 'em coming. Share your breastfeeding and birth stories and help your fellow mom.

Why waste our time sending stories in? I never see any posted to actually read!

I’m sorry you feel that way. I have several birth and breastfeeding stories posted here on the site and have some that I am currently editing. I welcome any who want to share their stories.

Mine were posted too. I assume there is some link where you can access the old ones. I love reading birth stories and bf’ing stories and was glad that I could share my experiences as well. Contact the guide.

This is the link to past birth stories. I found it simply by searching for “birth stories” at the top of the board. HIH!
