Warming Baby Oil
Warming Baby Oil

By Stephanie Brown, About.com

If you use baby oil or lotions after your baby's bath, you might find that it's cold coming right out of the bottle. You can warm the oil or lotion by holding it for a few moments in your hands or by rubbing your hands together with the lotion or oil before you apply it to his skin.

Another way to warm oils and lotions is to let the bottle float in the tub alongside baby. Then when bathtime is over, it's just the right temperature for his delicate skin. Just be sure the lid is sealed tight to avoid spills.
