Thanking Coworkers

Writing personal notes is a great way to say thank you to those who attended a baby shower or bought a gift. For a busy and tired new mom, though, it can be time consuming and you may find yourself putting it off. If you have a large group of coworkers or others to thank, you can cut down on the time it takes by using a picture.

You've probably seen the photo cards that people use as cards around the holidays or as birth announcements... you can use this same concept to say thanks. Simply take a picture of your newborn surrounded by all the gifts from your coworkers or other group. Develop the film and take to the negative or print to your local photography store or other store that personalizes pictures and add your message. Sign and send.

Everyone will love getting a first look at baby, and though it took less time than writing out all those cards and notes, this picture will feel warm and personal.
