Plan Toys Solid Drums
Brio® Plan Toys Solid Drums Recall: The three rubber feet, which are screwed into the bottom of the drum, could be removed in some cases, posing a choking hazard to young children.

Isabella Model Crib Recall
Crib recall due to a problem with a screw that can cause a malfunction in the crib. Head entrapment could occur.

Mary Meyer Plush Spider Recall
The round stuffed feet on the spider can detach, posing a choking hazard to young children.

Legacy Cribs Recall
Recall of Legacy Cribs by Childcraft Industries. The slats on the drop side rail can loosen and detach. When this happens, the space created by the gaps can allow a baby to become entangled, strangle or fall.

PlayWell Crayola Activity Cube
Small parts can detach from the cube, posing a choking hazard to small children.

Swing -N- Slide Mega Rider Swings
The plastic handle on the Mega Rider swing could crack at the seat connection allowing the metal connecting rod to pull out. If this occurs, a child on the swing could fall to the ground.

Meijer Falls Creek Jackets
The zipper pull on the jacket can come off and pose a choking hazard to small children.

Meijer Drawstring Jacket Recall
The sweatshirts have drawstrings in the hood. Children can get entangled and strangle in the drawstrings that can catch on playground equipment, fences or tree branches.

Nerf Football recall due to risk of scratches or other injuries.

Merit Bunk Beds
These Merit bunk beds have openings between the guardrails and in the end structures that are too large. A child's body could slide between the openings and could become trapped by the head, posing a serious strangulation hazard.

Target Sidewalk Chalk
The multicolored sidewalk chalk from Target contains high levels of lead, posing a risk of poisoning to young children. The Wisconsin Department of Health tested the chalk and identified the lead in the chalk.

Fisher-Price Scooters
Fisher-Price, of East Aurora, N.Y., is voluntarily recalling about 30,000 electric scooters and about 55,000 electric mini bikes. The motor control circuits can malfunction causing the scooters and mini bikes to continue to run after the power or throttle button is released, posing a risk of injury to children.

Konjac Candy
Konjac candy poses a serious choking risk, particularly to infants, children and the elderly. Local authorities have reported children's deaths from choking in the United States associated with this type of jelly candy. There have also been reports of deaths in other countries.

Great Value Cookie Dough
Earthgrains Refrigerated Dough Products, L.P., is voluntarily recalling 18-ounce packages of refrigerated Great Value Chocolate Chip Cookies Spoonable Cookie Dough sold at Wal-Mart Supercenters and Neighborhood Markets nationwide because the chocolate chips contain milk, which is not listed as an ingredient on the package.

Easy-Bake Oven Mixes
EASY-BAKE Chocolate Brownie and Chocolate Frosting mixes in certain EASY-BAKE Refill Sets for the EASY-BAKE Oven and the EASY-BAKE Rice Krispies Snack Shoppe contain milk, wheat and eggs that were not declared on the label.

Amazing Baby™ Listen and Play
Advantage Publishers Group, of San Diego, Calif., is voluntarily recalling about 5,300 “Amazing Baby™ Listen and Play” activity books. The hub of the pink dial embedded in the inside back cover can come off during use in some of these books, posing a choking hazard to young children.

American Greeting Zipper Pulls
This accessory item consists of a 2-inch plastic blue or purple butterfly-shaped photo holder that can be attached to a zipper.

American Greetings Crazy Bounce Balls
This is a 1 1/2-inch multi-colored cluster of green, light green and brick red rubber balls.

Avon Jack-in-the-Box Toys
The Jack-In-the-Box toy is battery operated, and has two yellow sides, two red sides, and a blue top and bottom. “THE LEARNING JOURNEY” is printed on the bottom of the toy.

First and Main Plush Toys
This Flutterby plush toy is a winged horse. These pink, blue or purple toys have small plastic gem stones attached to the horse’s wings.

Jack-in-the-Box Type Toys
Two designs of the “Jack-In-the-Box” type toys are included in this recall, both of which play “Pop Goes the Weasel” when the crank is turned. One is based on Dr. Seuss’ Cat in the Hat, and the other is based on Ian Falconer’s Olivia the pig character.

Graco Bumble Bee Recall
Recall of Graco Bumble Bee toys due to choking hazard.

Meijer Children's Jacket Recall
Meijer Inc., of Grand Rapids, Mich., is voluntarily recalling about 7,500 children's jackets. These jackets have hood drawstrings. Children can get entangled and strangle in the drawstrings that catch on objects, including playground equipment, fences and tree branches.
