Submitting an Article

How to Submit Your Original Article or Other Relevant Content for Publication

We love to hear from other parents, and we are especially appreciative when parents share their advice and knowledge with others here on our site.

If you would like to share your
original article, tip, book excerpt or story, complete
the following form. All stories
will be edited for spelling
and clarity:

If your story exceeds the space given here or you'd like to send a photo along with your story, please follow these instructions:

1. If there are accompanying photos you would like to include, please use a digital camera photo or SCAN it. Do not worry about the size of the photo. I will resize the picture as needed and can work with most formats (such as jpg, gif, tif, bmp, etc.).

2. OPEN an email window by clicking this link: babyparenting.guide@about.com.

3. COPY and PASTE the following text (everything in bold) into the email window. All text must be included for the photo or article to be accepted for publication.

4. COMPLETE the required information in your email window, PASTE your article into the body of the email and then include any accompanying photo as an ATTACHMENT. SEND the completed email to babyparenting.guide@about.com. IF your article is selected to be featured, I will notify you and send you a link to the article on the site. Articles will be featured on the front page of the site and will then be listed within the related category. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for me to complete this process.
