Guide Review - Bye Bye Boo Boo by Baby Cakes
On my son, he experienced quick relief from the many skinned knees and mosquito and ant bites he's gotten playing in the yard. He reported that it didn't sting at all and it didn't irritate his skin (and he has eczema, so there's quite a lot of things that do irritate!)
I did notice that on some hot days it seemed to melt a bit, turning into a slushy gel, so we had to be careful how it was opened so we didn't lose any. Once we were back in an air conditioned environment, it returned to its normal consistency.
One of the great benefits that I didn't expect was the mental appeal for kids. You know how they get boo boos and want spray or a band-aid no matter how slight (or nonexistent) the injury? Well, this product is gentle enough to apply to all those boo boos and then some. You won't worry that you're using too many chemical concoctions on your little one's skin. The product's name just adds to it when you can say, "OK honey, let me get the Bye Bye Boo Boo and it will be all taken care of!"
We tried to use the product as a chapped lip remedy, but found that the smell was a bit strong for that.
Overall, this is a super remedy and one you can trust having in your medicine cabinet, first aid kit or diaper bag and can use on the whole family -- kids and adults alike.
