Peanut Butter Floats

These peanut buttter floats make an excellent afternoon treat for kids.

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups chocolate milk
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 pint vanilla (or other flavor - your choice) ice cream
  • 2 cups soda water

Preparation:

First combine half of milk and half of peanut butter in blender and blend until thoroughly mixed.

Repeat with remaining half.

Pour mix into glasses about 1/2 to 2/3 full and add a scoop of ice cream to each glass.

Slowly the rest of the glasses with soda water, pouring down the side of the glass and not over the ice cream.
