Peanut Butter Smoothie

This smoothie makes a healthy snack. Remember to blend until very smooth for toddlers and younger children to prevent choking.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter

PREPARATION:

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
