This oatmeal makes a great fall or winter breakfast and it starts the day off with a protein punch.

Ingredients:
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup quick-cooking oats
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Preparation:
Boil water and salt in a saucepan and add oats.
Boil for 1 minute.
Remove from heat and stir in remaining ingredients.
To cool down, add a bit of milk while serving.
