Peanut Butter Oatmeal

This oatmeal makes a great breakfast and it starts the day off with a protein punch.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup quick-cooking oats
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Preparation:

Boil water and salt in a saucepan and add oats.

Boil for 1 minute.

Remove from heat and stir in remaining ingredients.

To cool down, add a bit of milk while serving.
