Peanut Butter Waffles

These waffles a toddler favorite and can be frozen for future breakfasts.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup pancake mix (like Jiffy or Bisquick)
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter or oil

PREPARATION:

Mix peanut butter, egg, milk and butter or oil.

Add dry ingredients and stir until just blended (do not overmix).

Bake waffles in a preheated waffle maker.
