This is the easiest step by far, unless you go gettin' fancy with your grandma's 100-year-old stuffing recipe. Make that if you want, but I used some good ole Stove Top. I like the Savory Herb variety, but any kind will do. I bet the Sante Fe Style Tomato and Onion variety would be really good with this, especially if you throw some cilantro... OK, that's another recipe altogether.
Just make the stuffing according to the directions on the box.
