Stuffed Chicken Breasts

I lied. This is really the easiest step. Just mix the stuffing with the mushroom and onion sautee. Make sure you get all that buttery, olive oil goodness mixed in. The original recipe said to just mix enough to cover the breasts, but how can you know this? So, I just mixed it all in there. I had a little leftover and it made a nice snack while cooking.
