These treats make a great fall treat and they look like hay stacks. This recipe has been amended to remove the peanuts which are a frequent choking hazard for toddlers.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 11 ounce package butterscotch chips
  • 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 8.5 ounce can chow mein noodles

PREPARATION:

Microwave chips until melted.

Stir in peanut butter until well blended.

Add chow mein noodles and toss until well coated.

Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto cookie sheet or baking pan lined with waxed paper.

Refrigerate 1 hour or until stacks are firm and noodles adhere together.
