Ingredients:
- 1 package white cake mix
- 1 cup rice crisp cereal (like Rice Krispies)
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 large beaten egg
- 1 teaspoon real maple extract
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
Roll into about 30 evenly-shaped balls.
Lightly greast cookie pans and place balls about 2 inches apart.
Bake for 10 minutes or until cookies are done.
