These squares mix the smoothness of peanut butter and marshmallows with the crunch of crisp rice cereal.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup butterscotch chips
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2 cups crisp rice cereal
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
Preparation:
Melt chocolate and butterscotch chips, butter and peanut butter in a pan over medium low heat until smooth.
Add crisp rice cereal and marshmallows.
Mix well and place all in an 8 x 8 pan.
Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm before cutting into squares.
