This frosting goes great with pound cake, cookies and chocolate cupcakes.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup light Karo syrup
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla or maple flavoring
Preparation:
Melt peanut butter and syrup over low heat.
Stir in remaining ingredients and stir until smooth.
For thicker frosting add more powdered sugar.
