Peanut Butter Ice Cream

This ice cream is smooth and delicious and flavored with real peanut butter.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 cups half and half
  • 3 cups nonfat dry milk
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla

PREPARATION:

Over low heat, cook the half and half, dry milk and milk.

When the dry milk has dissolved, add peanut butter and sugar and stir until smooth.

Remove from heat, add vanilla and allow mixture to cool.

Refrigerate until completely chilled.

Stir the mixture well and pour into ice cream maker.

Freeze according to your ice cream maker's instructions.
