This sauce makes a great topping for ice cream and it's healthier than hot fudge.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup light Karo syrup
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
Lower heat and stir until the mix reaches desired consistency.
Serve over ice cream.
