These wraps make a quick and easy lunch or snack and are a new take on the traditional peanut butter and jelly sandwich.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 8 flour tortillas
  • 2 ounces softened cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup jelly or jam

PREPARATION:

Microwave tortillas in moist paper towel about 30 seconds or until soft.

Combine cream cheese and jelly.

Spread mix on one tortilla.

Top with another tortilla.

Sread peanut butter on top and slowly roll up tortilla.

Repeat with remaining mix and tortillas.

Wrap each in plastic wrap and refrigerate for several hours.

Remove from plastic wrap and slice into 1 inch pieces.
