- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup salt
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 2 tablespoons cream of tartar
- beet juice
- spinach juice
- carrot juice
Slowly add water.
Cook over medium heat until the mixture becomes stiff and doughy.
Turn the dough onto waxed paper and allow to cool.
When the dough is cool, knead with your hands until it becomes the proper consistency or is a little dry.
Divide into three balls and add one type of vegetable juice to each ball until the dough has reached the color you desire.
If dough is sticky, sprinkle flour onto the waxed paper and knead into the dough until the prior consistency is reached.
