If your toddler loves the classic PB&J, then he'll love this grilled peanut butter and jelly.

Ingredients:
- 2 slices bread
- peanut butter
- jelly
- butter or margarine
Preparation:
Spread some butter or margarine on one side of each piece of the bread.
Spread peanut butter on the unbuttered side of one piece of bread and jelly on the the other. Then put the two together on a plate while you heat a skillet over medium heat.
When the skillet is heated, place the assembled sandwich into the skillet.
Flip the sandwich with a spatula when it is golden brown (or after about 2 minutes). Cook for another 1-2 minutes longer.
Cut the sandwich into bite-sized pieces for your toddler using a knife, pizza cutter or kitchen shears.
Note: To add some more nutritional value use whole wheat bread and low sugar jelly. Also, choose a natural peanut butter without partially hydrogenated oils.
