Graham Peanut Butter Sandwiches

These make a great healthy snack or treat and it's so easy to make a big batch.

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 small package instant chocolate pudding
  • graham crackers

Preparation:

Mix all ingredients except graham crackers together.

Spread the mix between graham crackers.

Place on a tray lined with wax paper and freeze for a half an hour or more.
