Take Another Adult
- If you're a single mom, do whatever you can to find another adult with you. Recruit a friend or see if a neighborhood teen / babysitter wants to make the trip with you. Offer a free trip plus spending money and pay for helping out. It will help you have someone to talk to and keep you alert driving and of course it's someone to help you keep your child entertained! Going it alone isn't impossible, but it can get kinda frustrating at times.
